Windermere High School’s varsity competition cheerleading team placed first in its division at the Master’s Cheer Classic last month. The girls also took third place overall.
Windermere Preparatory School’s Wounded Warrior Club held a “Dress Down Day” on Veterans Day. They were able to raise $3,200 through the event. All proceeds were donated to Home At Last, a local nonprofit that builds mortgage-free homes for deserving disabled veterans.
