Gary W. DeVane, M.D., is board-certified in reproductive endocrinology, infertility, and obstetrics and gynecology. As a founding partner of the Center for Reproductive Medicine, Dr. DeVane is an experienced physician with a reputation for excellence. In 1985, Dr. DeVane developed the first in vitro fertilization program in Orlando, earning him recognition as a leading fertility doctor. Sharon B. Jaffe, M.D., is credited as the first female to become board-certified in reproductive endocrinology and infertility in Florida. A widely recognized leader in the field of reproductive medicine, Dr. Jaffe is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University. After completing her medical and postgraduate education in obstetrics and gynecology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, she received a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University in New York.
For more than eight years, Dr. Jaffe directed the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility for Orlando Health’s OB/GYN residency program. She also served as a courtesy clinical associate professor at the University of Florida. Most recently, Dr. Jaffe was named as an associate professor for the new University of Central Florida College of Medicine, and she is actively assisting in the creation of curriculum for the reproduction and endocrine module for second-year medical students.

Randall A. Loy, M.D., is board-certified in reproductive endocrinology, infertility, and obstetrics and gynecology. With his chief medical interests, including advances in endoscopic surgery, Dr. Loy has developed and patented a number of innovative surgical products. Other areas of expertise include in vitro fertilization, endometriosis, adenomyosis and recurrent pregnancy loss.
As a managing partner of the Center for Reproductive Medicine, Dr. Loy received a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Harvard Medical School and Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Loy has written more than 30 medical journal articles, textbook chapters and scientific abstracts in gynecology and reproductive medicine. He also serves as an ad hoc reviewer for Fertility and Sterility and other journals of reproductive medicine.

Sejal Dharia Patel, M.D., is board-certified in reproductive endocrinology, infertility, and obstetrics and gynecology. Her specialties include general infertility, fertility preservation, and robotic and reproductive surgery, including robotic tubal reversals and fibroid removals.
Dr. Patel’s commitment to addressing the unique health issues of women and personalized care is respected by her patients and contemporaries alike. Her expertise and reputation led to her appointment as an associate professor at the new University of Central Florida College of Medicine, where she is developing the reproduction and endocrine curriculum for second-year medical students.
Dr. Patel received her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Miami. She completed her internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, followed by a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Patel also serves as the medical director of reproductive medicine at Florida Hospital Celebration Health.
