Solar Eclipse at Holy Family Catholic School

Students at Holy Family Catholic School joined the fun as the first solar eclipse that has been visible from the U.S. since February 1979 occurred. It was also the first solar eclipse visible across the entire contiguous U.S. since June 1918. The children customized viewing glasses, created box projectors and used paper to safely observe the solar eclipse. The consensus of the once-in-a-lifetime event was that it was “totally awesome!” ♥
