Massage Envy Dr. Phillips, located in the Phillips Crossing shopping center near Whole Foods Market, and Massage Envy Spa Winter Garden, located in the Winter Garden Village at Fowler Groves, are open 90 hours a week and staffed by 35 licensed massage therapists. Massage Envy provides the same quality massage treatments found at other facilities at a lower cost, giving its customers more value for their money. Each massage is customized to meet the client’s needs. Whether it be a deep-tissue, Swedish, reflexology or sports massage, the facilities offer all types of massage for the same low price. Massage Envy now offers aromatherapy, deep-muscle therapy and hot-stone massage. Its membership-based service includes a one-hour massage session each month for $49. Since its inception in 2002, Massage Envy has opened more than 650 clinics in 42 states and was named in the top 20 of the fastest-growing franchises in 2009. Edely L. Wallace, B.A., E-R.Y.T., C.Y.T., master yoga teacher and founder/director of Yogamatrix Studio, has more than 24 years of international teaching experience. She offers a variety of yoga classes, including Hatha yoga, therapeutic yoga classes, lymphatic yoga and laughter yoga, which help improve back conditions, reduce stress and strengthen the entire body. Wallace, teacher-trainer, yoga therapist and former executive board member and treasurer of the Yoga Alliance, previously held the position of yoga consultant for Orange County Public Schools from 1999 to 2003. She has taught for Florida Hospital Celebration Health and Osceola Regional Medical Center. Yogamatrix Studio also offers corporate yoga packages, yoga teacher training and leader training certification in laughter yoga.

Diane Rullo, Ph.D., L.C.S.W., L.M.F.T., L.C.A.D.C., C.A.P., has been practicing psychotherapy for 31 years, the past 19 as a private practitioner. Her work as a psychotherapist is focused on healing from a humanistic/holistic perspective, treating the mind, body and spirit. As a professor, Dr. Rullo has taught on a graduate level since 1995, first at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey; followed by Barry University in Miami; and, currently, at Capella University. Dr. Rullo is licensed as a clinical social worker in Florida and New Jersey, a licensed marriage and family therapist and certified addiction professional in Florida, and a licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor in New Jersey. Dr. Rullo’s philosophy is to promote personal growth through understanding of the self. Clients are encouraged to explore their personal decisions and fundamental responsibilities in making healthy choices for themselves.

Troy K. Edwards, M.D., Ph.D., is a board-certified urologist who practices general urology and specializes in minimally invasive surgical techniques. He completed his bachelor’s with highest honors at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. He also completed a joint medical and doctoral program with Rutgers and the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Edwards’ doctoral work was completed in pharmacology at the Cancer Institute of New Jersey. He then completed a urology residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. A board-certified urologist, Jacqueline Hamilton Williams, M.D., F.A.C.S., received her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C. She completed an internship in general surgery at Montefiore Medical Center in New York. Her residency in urology was completed at Howard University Hospital, and she was awarded a fellowship in urology and incontinence at The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Hamilton Williams practices general urology, but she has special interests and skills in voiding dysfunction, incontinence, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, urological problems in spinal-cord injury patients, and female sexual dysfunction. Dr. Hamilton Williams is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Nabil Hilwa, M.D., F.I.C.S., received his medical degree from the University of Damascus in 1969. He completed an internship at Roger Williams General Hospital in Rhode Island. His internal medicine residency was served at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C., and his urology residency was completed at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati. Following his internship and residencies, Dr. Hilwa was awarded a fellowship in pediatric urology at Wayne State University Children’s Hospital in Detroit. Dr. Hilwa has extensive experience in cryosurgery for the treatment of prostate cancer.
