Dr. Phillips Elementary School pre-K varying exceptionalities students in the Young Athletes Program, which is sponsored by Special Olympics Florida, worked throughout the school year on their gross motor skills. At the end of the year, the children displayed the new skills for their parents. The program is coordinated by Apryle Nickson, DPES’s adaptive physical education teacher. |
