Stephen M. Bravo, M.D., serves as the medical director of Sand Lake Imaging and is boardcertified by the American Board of Radiology. He is a former attending radiologist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, and former faculty member at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Bravo is an expert in neuroradiology. He is actively engaged in Alzheimer’s disease research with Craig Curtis, M.D., of Compass Research. SLI is the only outpatient radiology center in Florida certified to perform DaTscans for the diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease. Dr. Bravo was voted one of America’s top radiologists by the Consumers’ Research Council of America.

José M. Mandry, M.D. |
José M. Mandry, M.D., has practiced endocrinology for more than 20 years. He received his medical degree from Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico and completed his training in internal medicine at St. Vincent’s Medical Center and training in endocrinology at Roger Williams Medical Center. He is a diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners and American Board of Internal Medicine. He has been certified on three occasions by the American Board of Endocrinology and Metabolism, is a fellow of the American College of Endocrinology, and is certified in radioisotope handling for nuclear medicine procedures. Dr. Mandry served as president of the Pan-American Medical Association of Central Florida and is recognized by Best Doctors in America. He is an assistant professor at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine and director of the endocrinology outpatient clerkship for Florida State University College of Medicine.
