Kristjan Olafsson, Ph.D., is committed to providing thorough assessment, counseling and psychological services for individuals ranging in age from pediatrics to geriatrics. Assessments are provided for various disorders, including dementia, cognitive dysfunction, traumatic brain injury, learning disabilities, attentiondeficit hyperactivity disorder, and developmental disorders. Evaluations are available for employment, disability, forensics and bariatric surgery. Cognitive Behavioral Driver’s Inventory assessment is available following a cerebrovascular accident to determine ability to continue driving a vehicle safely. Counseling services include parent training for behavioral disorders; adolescent counseling; adult cognitive/behavioral counseling for anxiety and depression; and counseling services to cope with illness, injury and disability. Computer cognitive rehabilitation services, in conjunction with behavioral therapy, are available to assist those with stroke or brain injury to develop compensatory strategies and strengthen areas of brain functioning. The cognitive rehabilitation computer lab is available for daily individual rehabilitation.

She received her medical degree from The State University of New York at Stony Brook and completed her residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Balint is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a fellow of The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is affiliated with Florida Hospital Celebration Health. Dr. Balint practices with Jennifer Swoboda, M.D., at A Place for Women, and she is now accepting new patients at both the Southwest Orlando and Celebration locations.

Marc Bischof, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., is licensed and board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, and specializes in obstetrics and a wide variety of gynecologic and urogynecologic concerns, in addition to well-woman examinations. He also performs laparascopic minimally invasive surgery and in-office hysteroscopy. Dr. Bischof completed his medical education at Eastern Virginia Medical School and residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center. He is a member of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, is affiliated with Orlando Health, and is involved with the residency program at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies. Dr. Bischof practices at Physician Associates’ Ocoee office. Located in the Lake Bennett Medical Centre, the medical center offers immediate appointments for urgent-care needs.

Suzette C. Boyette, A.R.N.P., is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Nursing and has practiced in obstetrics and gynecology since 1995. Her specialty is well-woman exams, family planning and stress management. She also serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Central Florida College of Nursing, has a weekly podcast at www.parentseverywhere.com on the Web, teaches parenting and women’s health workshops, writes a monthly column for a local magazine, and speaks at local conferences. Aileen Caceres, M.D., M.P.H., F.A.C.O.G., received her medical degree from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed her residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in the department of obstetrics and gynecology. She completed a fellowship in pelvic reconstruction and clinical research at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Caceres completed her fellowship in minimally invasive gynecology under the directorship of Steven D. McCarus, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., at Florida Hospital Celebration Health. Board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, she is the medical director of Clinical Research & Surgical Outcomes for the practice. She is fluent in Spanish and currently practices with Dr. McCarus; Arnold Advincula, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., F.A.C.S.; and John C. Kim, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., at Center for Specialized Gynecology.

David A. Marcantel, M.D., opened Celebration Obstetrics & Gynecology in 1998. Thirteen years later, the practice has two board-certified physicians, Dr. Marcantel and Robert F. Lemert, M.D. Additionally, the practice has nurse midwife Amy Lowell, as well as nurse practitioner Jennifer Davis, who has been with the practice for eight years. The facility has 5,500 square feet of space that includes a comfortable waiting area, 12 exam rooms, a procedure room, ultrasound imaging and a lab to give patients the convenience of having everything they need in one location. Celebration Obstetrics & Gynecology uses a paperless system, or electronic medical record, which enables the office to provide a higher level of service to patients by having all their medical records organized and easily accessible. The office has the latest in medical technology for fetal monitoring and ultrasound imaging, including 4-D ultrasounds. All physicians are board-certified and have extensive experience. They are all trained in minimally invasive surgery. The office is located in the medical office building adjacent to the labor suites at Florida Hospital Celebration Health. Celebration Obstetrics & Gynecology accepts all major insurance plans, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. The practice is dedicated to providing the best care for female patients from preadolescence through postmenopause.
