Safaa Abdel-Al, M.D., F.A.A.P., earned her medical degree from Alexandria University Faculty of Medicine in Egypt in 1991. She moved to the U.S., where she completed her residency in general pediatrics and adolescent medicine in the Atlantic Health System, affiliated with Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, in 1998. Dr. Abdel-Al is board-certified in general pediatrics and adolescent medicine. She practiced general pediatrics in Indiana before moving to Orlando. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and member of the Florida Medical Association, American Academy of Pain Management, and American Medical Association.
