Gotha Middle student places in the top 1 percent … and more school news!
Grant Christian Sicard, a Windermere Chase resident and 2016-17 Gotha Middle student, places in the top 1 percent of seventh-graders.
Grant Christian Sicard, a straight-A honors student and 2016-17 seventh-grader at Gotha Middle, was invited to take the ACT test, sponsored by Duke University’s Talent Identification Program. Only the top 5 percent of seventh-graders are invited.

Allie Gurgen of Holy Family Catholic School organized a lemonade stand to raise money for the homeless. She came up with the idea after seeing a homeless person on the side of the road and wanted to help.
